Holly Schneider

About

Holly is a licensed clinical social worker and author with over 30 years of expertise, specializing in multiple clinical frameworks, including DBT and EMDR.  She has been a Life Coach at Delta Defense, LLC in West Bend, Wisconsin since 2019,  promoting mental health wellbeing to employees through individual, group, and organizational training. She has worked professionally in behavioral health inpatient care, adolescent residential treatment, in-home family therapy, and outpatient clinical practice.

 

In 2020 Holly won a moral courage award through the Wellness Council of Wisconsin for implementing successful mental health coaching in the workplace. She released a book called Carry Your Own Backpack in 2021. Her mission in life is to help leaders be the best version of themselves, regardless of what they carry in their backpack. She is known by her clients as a “toolbox” coach. She is an author, business owner, and public speaker, gaining traction in her unique training for organizational culture.
